These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the rental and service relationship between the Customer (“Customer”) and Elvis Service Company (“Company”), a provider of sanitation, waste management, and rental services. By engaging with the Company’s services, the Customer agrees to the following:
1. Scope of Services
Elvis Service Company provides the following services:
- Portable toilet and bathroom trailer rentals
- Septic tank pumping and maintenance
- Line jetting services
- Grease trap cleaning
- Fryer oil collection and recycling
- Storage container rentals
Services are available to individuals and businesses within a 100-mile radius of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
2. Payment Terms
- The Customer agrees to pay all invoices related to rental and service charges on or before the due date listed on the invoice.
- The Company accepts cash, check, debit, and all major credit cards.
- Additional fuel fees may apply based on the Customer’s distance from the Company’s main location.
- No deposits, late fees, or cancellation fees are required unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
3. Extra Charges
- The Customer agrees to pay additional fees for overtime services or any services requested outside the regular service schedule. These charges will be invoiced separately.
4. Access and Site Conditions
- THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO KEEP ALL PORTABLE SANITATION FACILITIES CLEAR AND ACCESSIBLE FOR SERVICE TRUCKS AT ALL TIMES.
- Access must be free from obstructions, locked gates, or other barriers that may prevent servicing.
5. Use and Possession
- The Customer shall not sell, lease, rent, loan, or otherwise transfer possession or use of any rented equipment or sanitation facility to any third party.
- The Customer shall not relocate equipment from the original site address without prior written consent from Elvis Service Company.
- Loss and Damage
- The Customer is responsible for any loss or damage to the portable sanitation facilities or other equipment while on site, regardless of cause or fault, except for reasonable wear and tear.
- The Customer agrees to be liable as an insurer for any such damage or loss.
- Booking and Cancellation
- No advance booking is required.
- Customers may cancel at any time without incurring a cancellation fee. However, the Company encourages as much notice as possible to optimize scheduling.
- Liability Limitation
- The Company is not liable for damages arising from delays, acts of God, vandalism, or misuse of equipment.
- The Company makes no warranty, express or implied, beyond those required by law.
- Customer Responsibilities
- The Customer shall take reasonable precautions to protect rented equipment from damage or misuse.
- Equipment must remain in the agreed-upon condition and location until retrieved by the Company.
- Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes or claims arising from services rendered shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
- Disputes may be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, may proceed through litigation within the state courts of South Carolina.
- Modifications
- Elvis Service Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will be communicated in writing and/or posted on the Company’s website.
- Acceptance
Use of services constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
